25.8kV 에폭시절연 고장구간 차단기는 22.9kV 가공 배전선로에 사용되는 1-Trip 차단기로써 고압고객 설비 고장으로 인한 선로 파급 사고를 근원적으로 예방하기 위해 차단용량을 12.5kA로 상향시켰다. 본체부는 SF6가스 대신 Epoxy Mold 절연방식을 적용 100% 환경문제 개선과 가스누설, 감시, 보충이 필요없는 무보수형 구조며 FRTU일체형 디지털 제어 방식을 채용한 자동화용 신제품이다.
25.8kV 인출형 고체절연 개폐장치 ‘D-SIS’는 SIS(Solid Insulated Switchgear)의 노출충전부가 없는 100% 고체절연 방식으로 안전하고 컴팩트화된 기술에 MCSG(Metal Clad Switchgear) 수리점검 시 본체 차단부를 인출해 내부점검이 가능한 편리성을 접목시킨 차세대 친환경 제품이다.

▲Epoxy Insulated Fault Interrupters for Distribution Automation of 25.8kV Overhead Line
Epoxy Insulated Fault Interrupter called ‘one shot circuit breaker’ used in overhead distribution line is capable of protecting upstream line from the fault current and isolate the faulted area by improving breaking capability to 12.5kA. Using epoxy resin instead of SF6 gas for insulation, EFI is recognized as environmentally friendly product and maintenance free product because the gas leakage monitoring or re-filling of SF6 gas are not required. Epoxy insulated fault interrupter is placed at branching linn and at the last load point in Power distribution line.
